Pascal Weidmann lives and works in Zürich.
He graduated from the Bachelor of Fine Arts at Zürich University of the Arts in 2023 and is currently studying environmental science at ETH Zürich.
Weidmann takes inspiration and materials from agriculture and science to create sculptures, interventions and performances. He grows plants, moves soil to other places and experiments with the materiality of plant protection products. He believes that ecological challenges like the declining biodiversity should be faced with transdisziplinary projects and research in the arts.
